I have sent out and recieved all 9 copies of the questionnaire. I have spoken to the Feedbackers about the questionnaire and how i can improve my feedback with it. here are the results;

all of the DNAs were answered by Lou, she says that the questions on the back were too confusing and were leading from the ones on the front. she also didn't answer it because it was close to the bell.

after looking at the results of my 'Pilot Questionnaire'
i can see that i have ask 16-17 yr olds. they have said that they oftenly like to watch/read media through DVD. that they like to watch comedy and horror but like to have a action packed beggining. they also said that this action pack opening of a horror/comedy would be best shot at night in some sort of building. they said that the best opening scenes are all from fictional (not real) like Star Ship Troopers (full of ailien Bugs) and Planet of the Apes (Monkey Men, LOL) and south park movie (cut out, potty mouth, children).
